This is another project we are developing In-House. Knowledge Management (KM) helps spread knowledge of individuals or groups across the organization in ways that directly affect performance. Knowledge Management envisions getting the Right Information within the Right Context to the Right Person at the Right Time for the Right Business Purpose.
Once this project is completed, accumulated knowledge (in terms of documents, reports, proposals, analyses, minutes of meetings, discussions, etc) from our projects will be systematically archived and stored away. Any future investigation would not involve going through each and every project manually to obtain the required information, which is time consuming and resource intensive. Thus this application will help companies benefit by archiving their project documents in a systematic and accessible way.
